SALE INFORMATION
ONLINE SALE
The tickets and vouchers for the 21th Ourense International Film Festival may be purchased on entradas.abanca.com from October 20th at 13:00.
The clients can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per screening, and they can either print them in their computers at the time of the purchase, select an office of Abanca where to collect them, or collect them at the screening venue since 1 hour before the screening.
The online sale will be closed 2 hours before the screening.
The organization will reserve 15% of seats in each venue to sale at the box office, in order to ensure the availability of tickets and/or the exchange of vouchers since 1 hour before each screening.
PHYSICAL SALE DURING THE FESTIVAL
From October 29th, from 16:00 to 22:00, the Auditorium’s box office will be the Ourense International Film Festival’s central place of ticket sales, where the tickets and vouchers for any day and screening of the OUFF’s films can be purchased.
The other screening venues will sell tickets for the programme of that same space, on the same day from 1 hour before the start of each screening.
Tickets are numbered for the screenings at the Auditorium and at the two screening rooms in Ponte Vella. In the case of Teatro Principal and Cineclube Padre Feijoo, tickets are not numbered.
VOUCHERS
Vouchers allow access to 5 or 10 screenings scheduled by the Ourense International Film Festival, except the opening and closing ceremonies.
They may be purchased at entradas.abanca.com or at the Auditorium’s box office since October 29th from 16:00 to 22:00.
The holder of a voucher should trade it in the box office for a ticket for the screening intended to attend.
The organization will reserve 15% of seats in each venue to ensure availability for the exchange in the box office since 1 hour before each screening, but does not guarantee access to the screening if the capacity is full.
OPENING AND CLOSING CEREMONIES. FREE ADMISSION.
Opening ceremony (screening of Santoalla). Collect your invitations at the Film Festival’s Office (Rúa da Canle 2, 32004, Ourense | Localización:https://goo.gl/Qe1sXp) since Thursday, October 27th, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. (Maximum 2 per person)
Closing ceremony (screening of Pedro Páramo). Collect your invitations at the Film Festival’s Office since Wednesday, November 2nd, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. (Maximum 2 per person)
RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS
- Online sales will be stopped 2 hours before the start of each screening.
- Once a screening has started, the box office will not sell tickets for it.
- We recommend that the clients buys their tickets as far in advance as possible to avoid queues in the screening venues.
- For respect to other viewers, please arrive to the venues in time to be seated before the start of the screening.
- Refunds are not allowed.
