The Ourense International Film Festival is legally constituted as the "Ourense International Independent Film Festival Consortium", the an organization composed by the Ourense City Council and the Ourense Province Council. Other PARTNER INSTITUTIONS which traditionally collaborate with the Festival are the Galician Government and the Spanish Ministry of Culture’s ICAA, along with other partners and private sponsors.
